From plot to keys: building in Sector 81

Sector 81's new phases are recent. Haryana RERA records show BPTP Nest 81A, 189 plots in Village Budena, with likely completion in August 2024, and Park 81, 35 plots on 19.49 acres, with a projected completion date of 31 March 2025. Shops at District Walk A got their first registration extension in March 2025. Owners are building now, and each stage has one job worth booking.

One rule on timing: in December 2024, GRAP Stage IV stopped building work on Faridabad plots of 500 sq m or more. If a smog-season ban pauses your site, move the post-construction clean back too.

Water in Sector 81

Plotted houses and floors here usually store water in their own roof tank, often with a sump below, rather than a shared society tank. The supply varies street by street across the belt: FMDA lines where connections exist, and borewells or tankers where they don't.

For a new house the first clean matters most. A tank installed during construction has been open to mortar, sand and dust for months; clean it before the plumber connects the taps. After that, every 6 months on FMDA water alone, or every 3 to 4 months if a borewell or tanker tops it up. Cleaning keeps sludge and scale out of the tank; it won't change hard borewell water or fix a supply gap.

Living next to a site

If your floor is finished and the plot beside it isn't, the dust comes to you. Fine cement dust settles on window tracks, AC filters and the balcony within days, and dug foundations next door push rats and ants toward the nearest lived-in house.

If the builder left paint and cement marks, a post-construction clean. If it's broom-clean, the Move-in Ready Pack is enough: deep clean, pest control and the overhead tank, ₹4,999 for a 2BHK.

How soon can you reach Sector 81?

Only where the home is in heavy condition after building work, such as paint drips, cement film or tile haze, and we confirm it from photos before the visit, never at the door.
