Our process

  1. 01

    Free inspection

A technician visits to check walls, skirting, wooden fittings and the extent of activity before quoting the final price.

  2. 02

    Choosing a tier

Based on the inspection, you choose Standard, Advanced or Premium, each carrying a different chemical and warranty period.

  3. 03

    Drilling

Small holes are drilled along skirting, wall-floor junctions or affected flooring to reach termite galleries.

  4. 04

    Filling

The chosen termiticide is injected into the drilled holes to treat the colony and create a barrier.

  5. 05

    Sealing

Drilled holes are sealed so the treatment stays in place and the wall surface is restored.

  6. 06

    Job card and warranty note

The chemical used and warranty period are written on your job card before the technician leaves.

Before we arrive

  • Move furniture away from walls that need drilling, where possible
  • Point out any wood that sounds hollow or any mud tubes you have noticed
  • Mention any recent renovation, seepage or leakage in the area
  • Keep the inspection date flexible, since the actual treatment is scheduled after it

Aftercare

  • Avoid drilling or hammering into the treated walls or floor for the period mentioned by the technician
  • Watch for new mud tubes or wood damage beyond the treated area and report them
  • Keep the job card safe, since the warranty period and chemical used are written on it
  • Fix any seepage or leakage issues, since damp areas can attract termites again even after treatment

Safety & chemicals

Termiticide is injected into drilled holes along skirting and wall-floor junctions rather than sprayed in the open, and the holes are sealed afterward so the chemical stays within the wall or floor. We ask you to keep the treated area closed for the time mentioned by the technician, and the chemical name is written on your job card so you have a record.

Warranty

CONFIRM re-entry/ventilation time for termite drilling. Standard tier carries a 1 year* written warranty, Advanced carries 2 years* and Premium carries up to 3 years*, depending on the chemical used, noted on your job card. The warranty excludes repair of furniture or wood already damaged, areas not treated, new wood brought in after the treatment, and renovation or seepage-related damage.

How termite treatment works: drill, fill, seal

Termites travel through wall-floor junctions, skirting and wooden fittings in ways that are not always visible from the surface. The drill-fill-seal method starts with small holes drilled at points along these junctions, chosen based on the free inspection. A termiticide is then injected into the drilled holes, reaching the galleries and creating a chemical barrier, after which the holes are sealed and the surface is restored.

This approach treats the structure rather than just the visible termites, which is why an inspection comes first — the technician needs to map where termites are active and where they are likely to spread before deciding how much drilling is needed and which chemical tier suits the extent of the problem.

Choosing between Standard, Advanced and Premium

The three tiers differ mainly in the chemical used and the length of the written warranty that comes with it — Standard carries a 1 year* warranty, Advanced carries 2 years*, and Premium carries up to 3 years*. A heavier infestation, an older building, or a home with a history of repeated termite problems often benefits from a longer warranty tier, while a newer or lightly affected home may be well served by Standard.

Whichever tier you choose, the chemical name and warranty period are written on your job card at the end of the visit. This gives you a record to refer back to if you need to claim the warranty later, and it is worth keeping the card somewhere easy to find.

Spot treatment versus a full-home treatment

Not every termite problem needs whole-home treatment. If the activity is limited to a single kitchen or bathroom — for instance, a cabinet with mud tubes or a damp bathroom wall — a spot treatment focused on that area may be enough, and it is priced separately from a full drill-fill-seal job covering the whole home.

The free inspection is where this gets decided. If the technician finds activity spreading along multiple walls or rooms, a full treatment is recommended instead, since localised treatment would not address termites already established elsewhere in the structure.

What the warranty does and does not cover

The written warranty means that if termite activity returns in the treated area within the warranty period, we come back and re-treat it at no extra cost. This is noted on your job card along with the chemical used, so there is a clear record of what was agreed at the time of service.

The warranty does not cover repair or replacement of furniture or wood that was already damaged before or during the treatment, areas that were not part of the original treatment, new wood or furniture brought into the home afterward, or damage linked to renovation work or ongoing seepage. If seepage is present, it is worth addressing separately, since damp conditions can attract termites again regardless of the treatment done.

Termite Control: your questions

Do I need to move out during termite treatment?
Most households stay home. You may be asked to keep the treated room closed for a period the technician specifies after drilling.
What is the difference between Standard, Advanced and Premium?
The three tiers use different chemicals and carry different written warranty periods — 1 year for Standard, 2 years for Advanced, and up to 3 years for Premium. The inspection team can help you pick based on the extent of activity.
Will the warranty cover my damaged furniture?
No. The warranty covers re-treatment if termite activity returns in the treated area within the warranty period, but it does not cover repair or replacement of wood or furniture already damaged.
Can you treat just one room instead of the whole house?
Yes, we offer spot treatment for a single kitchen or bathroom if the activity is localised to that area, which is priced separately from a whole-home treatment.
Is the free inspection really free?
Yes, the inspection to assess the extent of termite activity and quote a final price is free and does not obligate you to book the treatment.
Does the warranty cover new furniture I bring in later?
No, the warranty applies to the structure and areas treated at the time of service. Wood or furniture introduced later is not covered.
What if the termites are linked to a seepage problem?
Damp areas from seepage attract termites repeatedly. The warranty excludes renovation or seepage-related damage, so it helps to fix any leakage alongside the termite treatment.
