Two cleaners work through these areas in about 2 hours for a 2BHK, covering a defined set of surfaces rather than a full top-to-bottom deep clean.
This makes it a good fit for households that clean regularly themselves but want a periodic, more thorough pass over the surfaces that are easy to neglect day to day, such as the chimney outer hood, switchboards, and the main gate and door handles that get touched constantly but rarely get wiped down.
What gets covered room by room
In the kitchen, the service covers the slab, backsplash tiles and oil splashes behind the stove, along with the gas stove itself, sink, taps, the exterior of the exhaust fan, the chimney's outer hood, and cabinet fronts — the visible, frequently touched surfaces rather than what is stored inside cabinets. Bathrooms get tiles, floor, WC, basin, fittings, mirror and any hard-water spots addressed.
Balconies are cleaned at the floor, railing and grill level, while every ceiling fan in the home is wiped, switchboards are cleaned dry for safety, and doors, the main gate and handles throughout the home are wiped down. Cobwebs are cleared from every room as a standard part of the visit.
What is not included, and why
Cabinet interiors are intentionally left out of Home Refresh, since emptying and cleaning inside every kitchen cabinet is a more involved task that belongs to home deep cleaning rather than a 2-hour maintenance visit. Similarly, sofas and mattresses need a different shampoo-and-extraction process and are booked as separate services.
High-rise exterior window cleaning is also excluded, since it typically requires specific access and safety arrangements that go beyond a standard home cleaning visit. If your home needs any of these, they can be added as separate bookings alongside or instead of Home Refresh.
Making the most of an add-on
Fan, balcony and fridge cleaning are offered as add-ons precisely because not every household needs them at every visit — some homes have ceiling fans cleaned often enough that they don't need extra attention, while others want a deeper fan clean each time. Choosing add-ons based on what has been neglected longest tends to give the best value from each visit.
If it has been a long time since any cleaning was done, or the home has just come out of renovation or a long vacancy, home deep cleaning is likely a better starting point than Home Refresh, since it covers cabinet interiors, walls and a more thorough room-by-room clean that Home Refresh does not include.
