7. Warranties and re-treatment
- General pest control (one-time): if covered pests return within 30 days, we re-treat free.
- Termite: warranty of 1 year, 2 years or up to 3 years, depending on the chemical tier you choose, written on your job card. It covers free re-treatment of active termites in the treated areas during the warranty. It does not cover repair or replacement of anything already damaged, areas that were not treated, new wooden items brought in after treatment, or areas affected by renovation, drilling, flooring changes, seepage or dampness after the treatment.
- Bed bugs: warranty up to 6 months when both visits are completed and the prep list is followed. Bed bugs brought in later (travel, second-hand furniture, guests) are treated as a new job.
- Cleaning: if an area was missed, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we will come back and redo that area free.
- Bee and wasp removal and bird netting carry no warranty against new hives or birds; netting materials carry the manufacturer's warranty CONFIRM.
- Warranties apply to the address treated. They end if the instructions on the job card are not followed, or if another company treats the same areas.
