Pest control and cleaning in Sector 31
Sector 31 has its own metro station, Mewla Maharajpur, older plotted houses with a family on each floor, and a monkey troop in Springfield that a civic group reported to the MCF in September 2026. AHC looks after these homes from the ground up: termites in door frames, bathrooms and kitchens, and roof tanks that need cleaning and a lid that stays shut.

Quick answer
AHC serves Sector 31, Faridabad (PIN 121003), including Springfield and the lanes around Mewla Maharajpur metro. A roof tank clean costs ₹699 up to 1,000 litres and ₹999 up to 2,000 litres, and 365-plan members get ₹149 off each extra tank on the same visit; termite treatment for a 2BHK is ₹4,499 with a 1-year warranty (up to 3 years* on Premium); general pest control for a 2BHK is ₹1,399; all including GST. We come from New Delhi, 7 days a week, and usually the same day for bookings before 12 pm. We don't catch monkeys.Springfield and the monkey troop
On 9 September 2026 a civic group wrote to the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation Faridabad about a troop of 20 to 30 monkeys, young ones among them, in Springfield, Sector 31. Residents said the troop gathers near Batra Hospital and the lanes around it, and listed damage to car wipers and antennas, electrical and broadband cables, garden fencing and plants. They asked for the animals to be caught and moved to the Aravalli forest, with regular patrols.
Catching and relocating monkeys is a job for the forest department and the MCF. AHC doesn't do it and won't pretend to. What a household can control is what the troop can get into:
- Roof tanks. A loose plastic lid can be lifted or knocked off. Clamp or lock it, and fit mesh over the overflow pipe and any vent. We can fit the clamp and mesh when we clean the tank, quoted separately.
- Balconies and terraces. Netting closes an open balcony to birds and keeps small items in. For monkeys, a heavier mesh is quoted after a free visit. Netting costs ₹15–45 per sq ft, minimum ₹2,499, fixed after we measure.
- After a visit. If monkeys have fouled a terrace or opened a tank, empty and clean the tank before using the water again, and have the terrace and its drain cleaned.
- Food and waste. Covered bins and no fruit left on the terrace or balcony mean fewer reasons to come back.

Water in Sector 31
Like the rest of the city, Sector 31 draws on Faridabad's municipal supply from Ranney wells on the Yamuna riverbed and MCF tubewells, and many houses top up from a submersible or a tanker. Water goes into an underground sump and is pumped to a roof tank on each floor. We found no supply news specific to Sector 31.
| Your water | Roof tanks and sump |
|---|---|
| Municipal supply only | About every six months |
| Submersible or tanker water part of the time | Every three to four months |
| Lid found open, or animals on the tank | Clean before you use it again |

Faridabad's supply was reported in January 2025 to run about 125 MLD short of demand, and dense colonies lean on private tankers in summer. If your house buys tankers too, sediment builds faster. Cleaning keeps the tank itself clean; it can't change what comes in from the pipe or the tanker.
Prices including GST: roof tanks ₹699 (up to 1,000 L), ₹999 (up to 2,000 L), ₹1,499 (up to 5,000 L); sumps from ₹1,199 (up to 1,500 L). 365-plan members get ₹149 off each extra tank on the same visit. Overhead tank cleaning in Faridabad → · Water tank cleaning across Faridabad →

Older houses: termites and bathrooms
Plotted houses in the older HSVP sectors along the metro line have wooden door frames, built-in wardrobes and bathrooms that have been retiled once, if at all. The two jobs that come up most:
- Termites. Mud tubes on a wall near the floor, a frame that sounds hollow, or wings on the sill after a warm evening in March or April. Treatment drills and injects along the walls and frames of the ground floor. For a 2BHK: Standard ₹4,499 (1-year warranty), Advanced ₹5,999 (2 years), Premium ₹7,499 (up to 3 years*). A single spot starts at ₹1,199.
- Bathrooms. Hard-water scale on taps and tiles, black grout and stained floor traps. A bathroom deep clean is ₹549, or ₹949 for two, including descaling. We clean and descale; regrouting and leaking pipes are a plumber's job.
In a house with tenants on each floor, the ground floor usually needs the termite work and the upper floors the bathrooms and kitchens, so each floor books what it needs, at its own size.
