Pest control and cleaning in Ballabgarh

Ballabgarh grew around the fort and market squares Raja Balram Singh laid out in 1739, and its older colonies still live close to the shops and the drains. We deal with what that brings: cockroaches up the floor traps, rats along the drain line, damp after the NH-19 rains and tanks that draw on a falling water table.

Water in Ballabgarh

Ballabgarh draws on the same Faridabad system as the rest of the city: piped supply from Ranney wells and tubewells, topped up at home with submersibles and tankers. Underneath, the groundwater is under strain. The Ballabgarh block is classed as over-exploited, and its water table dropped from 11.42 m to 16.35 m between 2008 and 2022.

Water from a deeper borewell is often harder and siltier, and what it carries settles at the bottom of your tank. In an older house the sump may also sit below street level, close to a drain that overflows in heavy rain.

How often to clean: every 3 to 4 months if a submersible or tanker tops up your tank, every 6 months on piped supply alone, and before refilling if rainwater or drain water reached the sump. A clean takes out sludge and scale; it doesn't change hard water or repair a seeping wall, so have any crack in a sump sealed before we clean it.

Drains, the bus stand and the monsoon

Ballabgarh's monsoon trouble starts on NH-19. On 8 August 2026 the town logged 60 mm of rain in 24 hours and the road outside Ballabgarh bus stand was waterlogged. When FMDA began surveying NH-19 in December 2024, the bus stand was among the waterlogging points named, with drains on both sides of the highway clogged or not connected to an outfall. Back in 2021 the main bus stand stayed under water from Saturday morning into Sunday and was shut to buses.

The colonies have the same problem on a smaller scale. In October 2024 a resident wrote to The Tribune about Ballabhgarh's residential areas and dense colonies: blocked sewers, clogged manholes and poor drainage.

  • After a sewer backs up into a lane or courtyard, book sanitization once the area is cleaned out; ₹1,499 for a 2BHK.
  • Cockroaches use the same pipes. Treat floor traps and kitchen drains, and fit mesh covers.
  • Mosquitoes follow stagnant water about a week later; treat the home then, and empty coolers and pots.
  • Construction dust: GRAP-IV halted work on the Ballabgarh elevated bridge in December 2024; when it restarts, a Home Refresh keeps the grit off sills and fans.

The market squares: shops and homes under one roof

Ballabgarh was planned around quadrangular marketplaces, and many families still live above or behind the shop. Pests don't stop at the shutter: a grocery's stock, a sweet shop's kitchen or a tailor's storeroom feeds cockroaches and rats that move upstairs at night.

We treat the home and the shop as two jobs on one visit, so each gets the right method: gel and bait for the shop where stock and customers are, a full home treatment upstairs. Rats need their own plan, with entry points traced along the back drain and stairwell. Rat control in Ballabgarh

Services in Ballabgarh

Ballabgarh: your questions

Do you cover Chawla Colony, the Main Market area and houses near Raja Nahar Singh metro?
Yes, all of Ballabgarh town and its colonies, plus the newer sectors beside it. Send a landmark with the booking.
Can you come the same day to Ballabgarh?
Often, if you book before 12 pm and a slot is free. Ballabgarh is the far end of our Faridabad route from New Delhi, so we'll confirm the time window when you book.
The sewer in our street overflowed. What should we book?
Once the lane and courtyard are cleared, sanitization of the floors and lower walls, then cockroach treatment of the drains. Mosquito treatment about a week later.
We have a shop downstairs. Can you do both?
Yes. The shop and the home are treated as two jobs on one visit, each with the right method. The shop is priced after we see it or get photos.
How often should our tank be cleaned if we use a submersible?
Every 3 to 4 months. The water table in the Ballabgarh block has dropped for years, and borewell water usually leaves more scale and silt than piped supply.
Ballabgarh mein naali se cockroach ghar mein aate hain, kya karein?
Floor trap aur kitchen ki naali par jaali lagwaiye, aur pest control mein naaliyon ka treatment zaroor karwaiye. 2BHK cockroach control ₹1,249 hai, GST ke saath.
