Cleaning a whole independent house

A Green Field Colony house doesn't fit a flat's price table: three or four floors, stairs, a terrace, a basement or stilt, a puja room, sometimes servants' quarters. That's why we quote whole houses after a free visit or a video call, and plan the work floor by floor.

One floor or the whole house. If each floor is a separate home, each floor can book its own deep clean at its own size; a furnished 3BHK floor is ₹5,199, a 4BHK ₹6,299. A whole house is priced by each floor's BHK plus ₹849 for every extra floor, confirmed after the free visit.
The kitchen gets its own slot. Big families cook a lot, and grease builds on tiles, the hob and the chimney hood. A kitchen deep clean takes 2 to 4 hours.
Stairs, terrace and the outside last. We work top to bottom so dust doesn't fall onto finished floors.
What we don't do: carpets, utensils, repairs. Cleaning isn't repair, so a broken tap or a cracked tile stays as it was.

Water in Green Field Colony

Green Field Colony's civic services have long been run by the private developer rather than by MCF, and the handover to MCF is still in progress. Inside the house, though, storage looks like any Faridabad plotted home: roof tanks, often one per floor, and a sump at ground level, topped up from a submersible or a tanker when supply runs short.

A family house with three floors can have four or five tanks between them. Clean them on one visit; 365-plan members get ₹149 off each tank after the first.

How often: every 6 months on piped supply alone, every 3 to 4 months if a submersible or tanker tops up the sump, and before refilling if rainwater reached the sump lid. Cleaning removes the silt, sludge and scale inside the tank; questions about the supply itself go to the colony's maintenance office.

When the Greenfield underpass floods

The colony's quickest link to Mathura Road is the Greenfield railway underpass, and it fills in heavy rain. On 7–8 August 2026 traffic police shut it along with the Old Faridabad, Maharajpur and Gurukul underpasses. In 2023 a resident told The Tribune that the colony gets cut off from Mathura Road whenever it rains hard, and roads inside were found damaged and waterlogged.

For a booking, that means:

On a heavy-rain day, we may reach you by another road, so expect a wider time window or a move to the next morning.
After the rain, water standing in the lanes and garden is where mosquitoes start; book indoor mosquito treatment about a week later, and clear trays, pots and covers.
If water came into the stilt or basement, sanitize it once dry and have the sump inspected before you pump.
