How is appliance cleaning done?
We switch the appliance off, take out the removable trays, shelves and filters, wash them, degrease and wipe the inside and outside with food-safe cleaners, dry everything and fit it back. Please empty the fridge and the cabinets before we arrive; we never open motors or wiring (a chimney motor and duct service is booked separately).

How are sofas and mattresses cleaned?
Dry vacuuming of sofas is part of every deep clean. Wet shampoo goes deeper: we vacuum, apply a fabric-safe shampoo, work it in with a brush and pull the dirty water out with an extraction machine. Mattresses get the same treatment on the sleeping side. Keep the fan on and allow about 4 to 6 hours to dry.

How we price a villa or kothi
We visit free, walk every floor with you, and give you one fixed price in writing, including GST. The price depends on:

What a villa deep clean covers
- Every room on every floor: fans and lights, doors and frames, windows and grills, skirting, switchboards (dry), wardrobe outsides
- Staircases: steps, risers, railings and banisters, landing windows
- Kitchens and pantries: degreased: tiles, slab, stove, exhaust, chimney hood, cabinet fronts
- All bathrooms: machine-scrubbed and descaled, WC and basin disinfected
- Living and dining areas: sofas dry-vacuumed, chandeliers and high fittings dusted as far as can be reached safely
- Terraces, balconies and the porch: washed and scrubbed; railings and grills cleaned
- Staff quarters, store rooms, basement and garage: if included in your quote
- Floors: machine-scrubbed on tiles; neutral cleaner and gentle pads on marble; barely damp on wood
What's different about cleaning a villa
- Top down, floor by floor. We start at the top floor so dust from upstairs doesn't settle on rooms already cleaned.
- One supervisor for the whole house, so the team knows which rooms you care about most.
- Height and safety. Double-height windows and chandeliers are cleaned from proper ladders or platforms with someone holding them. What can't be reached safely, we tell you on the visit rather than attempt.
- Marble everywhere. Kothis in particular have marble floors, stairs and slabs. Acids etch marble permanently, so we use pH-neutral cleaners only.
- More than one day, if needed. For a very large home, we plan two days and tell you which floors are done each day.
Kothis and builder floors in Delhi and Faridabad
Older kothis in Delhi colonies and Faridabad sector houses come with their own jobs: wide marble staircases, wooden doors and almirahs, mezzanine store rooms, a barsati or terrace room, and terraces that collect smog dust and leaves. Many have been rebuilt as builder floors, with one family per floor; we can clean one floor at the flat price for its size, or the whole building on one quote. Shared stairs, the terrace or stilt parking are added to one floor's booking, with the final price confirmed after the visit.
In Gurugram, many villas run on borewell water, so bathrooms need heavier descaling.

Safety: ladders are held on every high job, switchboards are cleaned dry, no acid on marble, and our team never handles valuables, utensils or food.
