Post-construction and renovation cleaning in Gurugram.

Gurugram is handing over a lot of new homes, and most of them are large. Along Dwarka Expressway alone, Anarock counts about 38,680 homes of new supply from 2021 to mid-2026, across nearly 115 active projects, and 3BHKs (39%) and 4BHK-plus units (28%) make up two-thirds of that supply. A flat at handover usually has tiles, bathroom fittings and paint, and then the owner adds the rest: a false ceiling with recessed lights, wardrobes, a modular kitchen, sometimes laminate or engineered wood flooring and wallpaper. Each trade leaves its own dust, and the gypsum from a false ceiling is the finest of all; it gets into the AC ducts, the new drawer runners and the window tracks.

In a society, the fit-out runs under the facility desk's rules: interior work only in set hours, material and debris only by the service lift, and debris taken to the point the society names. The final clean follows the same rules. Plotted Gurugram renovates differently. Villas in the DLF phases, Sushant Lok, South City and Nirvana Country get new bathrooms and floors while the family lives on another level, so dust reaches rooms nobody worked in. Older houses rebuilt as builder floors pass the site team's mess to each floor's buyer. For villas, we visit first and price the whole house.
