These apartment blocks are small; tell us how yours clears visitors (the guard, the committee or an app) and we'll send the team's names there.

Water in Sector 52
The sector's two housing types store water differently.
- Houses in Blocks A to F get the Noida Authority's supply at the door, into their own roof tank and often a sump. Those are the owner's to clean: about every 6 months on Authority water, every 3 to 6 months if a borewell tops them up.
- Flats in the CGHS and other apartment blocks draw from a shared underground tank that the society or its committee looks after. If you rent there, ask the committee when it was last cleaned; if they'd like a quote, we survey free.
Piped water in Noida is a mix of Ganga water, Ranney-well water and tubewell water. A tank clean takes out the silt and slime that settle from it; it won't change the mix, so a purifier still needs servicing. Roof tank cleaning in Noida → · Society tank cleaning in Noida →

Cleaning around a commute
If you leave for the metro at 8:30 and get back after dark, the cleaning has to happen without you or at the weekend. A few ways to set it up:
- Keys with a neighbour or the guard, with your consent. Our team works the agreed rooms and sends photos on WhatsApp before leaving.
- Sunday mornings. We're open 7 days, 8 am to 9 pm; if you want a particular weekend slot, book a few days ahead.
- Home Refresh between deep cleans. A two-hour clean of floors, surfaces, kitchen counter and bathrooms: ₹1,599 for a 1BHK, ₹1,999 for a 2BHK. Book a full deep clean every few months for the grease and scale a quick clean won't reach.
- Moving flats. Commuters often move to be nearer a station. An empty-flat clean on the day you hand back the keys costs ₹3,299 for a 1BHK and ₹4,199 for a 2BHK, and helps with the deposit.
We don't wash utensils or move heavy furniture, and cleaning isn't repair: loose tiles or leaking taps go to your landlord or plumber.

Where the Blue and Aqua lines meet
Noida Sector 52 station on the Blue Line opened in March 2019 on Captain Shashi Kant Marg, between Sector 34 and Sector 61. For years, changing to the Aqua Line meant leaving the station and walking close to a kilometre to Sector 51. Since 28 August 2026, an L-shaped, air-conditioned skywalk of about 400 m with travelators links the two stations, and passengers can change lines without buying a new ticket.
For us, the station is the easiest landmark in the sector. Tell us your block and house number, or your apartment block and flat, and the gate nearest the metro if that helps. Our teams come from New Delhi; AHC has no office in Noida.
