Water in Sector 100
The Noida Authority's supply stops at the society reservoir. In a township of this size, the AOA or its maintenance agency looks after a chain of underground tanks and tower tanks, so there's no tank inside your flat for you to book. What you can do as a resident:
- Ask the facility desk for the schedule and the date of the last clean, tower by tower.
- Report a smell, colour or sediment to the desk the day you notice it, and keep a photo.
- Point the AOA to a survey. We survey a society's tanks free and give a written quote, with two technicians on every underground tank.

One township, one facility desk
Under the UP Apartment Act, the common areas of a society pass to its Apartment Owners' Association, which then decides who works in them, including security and facility contractors. In Sector 100 that makes the AOA and its desk the gatekeepers for every visit. How a booking runs here:
- You book and send the tower and flat number.
- We send the team's names for the visitor app or the desk, and ask whether the service lift needs booking for a deep clean's machines.
- We work inside the society's permitted hours, so a deep clean starts in the morning.
- Common areas stay with the AOA. We treat your flat; shafts, basements and garbage rooms are the society's to treat, and we tell you what to raise.

Rats near shared bins and basements
Any township with dozens of towers shares garbage rooms, basements, service ducts and drains, and shared spaces of that kind anywhere in Noida call for regular checks for rats, cockroaches and drain flies. When a rat does find its way up to a flat, it usually comes in by the balcony drain, a gap under the service door, or a pipe chase.
- In your flat: we look for droppings, gnaw marks and the entry point first, then place tamper-resistant bait stations out of reach of children and pets, and show you which gaps need mesh or sealing. Rat control is ₹1,299 for a 2BHK, ₹1,499 for a 3BHK.
- In the building: basements, bin rooms and drains are the AOA's responsibility. If your tower has a run of sightings, ask the desk about a common-area programme; we can quote the AOA for one.
- Keep it from coming back: bins closed overnight, no food left on balconies, and kitchen waste out before the night.
