Quick answer
For a shop, eatery or office in Sector 18, Noida, we start with a free visit and put the price in writing. Office cleaning costs a flat ₹2,500 to ₹3,500 for an office up to 500 sq ft (₹3,000 to ₹4,999 for a deep clean) and ₹4 to ₹6 per sq ft for larger offices (deep cleaning ₹6 to ₹10 per sq ft), including GST. Sanitization costs ₹2 to ₹3 per sq ft (minimum ₹2,999), and commercial pest control is priced after a free audit; a shop below 800 sq ft is quoted after we see it, from photos or a visit. For a flat near the market, cockroach control is ₹1,249 for a 2BHK and a kitchen deep clean ₹1,499. We cover the whole of Sector 18, PIN 201301, 7 days a week, and can often come the same day if you book before 12 pm.Sector 18 premises: what we see
| Premises | What we usually find | What to book |
|---|---|---|
| Food stalls and eateries in Atta Market and the lanes around the station | Cockroaches in the warm, wet corners behind counters and under sinks; rats where food waste waits for collection | Commercial pest control on a fixed schedule, with a service report after each visit |
| Clothing, electronics and other shops | Stockrooms full of cartons, where cockroaches hide and rats chew packaging | Gel and bait treatment out of trading hours; shop cleaning before a sale or season |
| Small offices in buildings such as Wave One and Ocean Plaza | Pantry cockroaches and ants, washrooms in daily use, dusty glass partitions | Office cleaning per sq ft, repeat visits monthly or quarterly |
| Clinics and service counters | Handles, counters and chairs touched all day | Sanitization: surfaces cleaned, disinfected by hand, then misted |
| Shops inside DLF Mall of India or The Great India Place | The mall management usually sets the rules for outside vendors | Ask the mall's management first; we'll quote once they agree |
| Homes near the market (Sector 19 next door, Sector 16A, Sector 27) | Kitchens close to a busy food market | Cockroach control and a kitchen deep clean |

Water in Sector 18's buildings
The commercial buildings here run their own underground tanks and roof tanks, fed by the Noida Authority. If you run a food business, every glass of water, every rinse and every batch of ice starts in those tanks, so ask the building's management when they were last cleaned and ask to see photos.
Every October the Upper Ganga Canal, which brings Noida its Ganga water, shuts for annual cleaning; in 2024 it closed from 12 October to 2 November and the city ran on groundwater, which carries more silt. Clean the tanks once the canal water is back. A tank clean removes sediment and slime from the tank. Problems in the supply pipe are a matter for the building or the Authority. Working around trading hours
A market shop can't put up a "closed for pest control" sign on a weekend. So the work is planned around your hours, inside ours (8 am to 9 pm, all 7 days).
- Pest control uses odourless gel and a targeted crack-and-crevice spray, not a room-wide spray, so most of it is done before you open or after you close. Your technician tells you exactly how long to keep the treated area clear for the treatment used.
- Office cleaning happens before your staff arrive or after they leave. The team doesn't open drawers, touch documents or handle IT equipment.
- Stock first. Move cartons off the floor of the stockroom the night before, so we can reach the walls and corners.
- A record for every visit. Each commercial visit ends with a service report you can show an inspector, auditor or landlord.

Getting to you: the metro under the market
Noida Sector 18 station on the Blue Line sits right under the market. Gates 1 and 2 open onto the market area, and Atta Market and The Great India Place are about a 5 to 6 minute walk from the station. One stop on is Botanical Garden, the Blue and Magenta Line interchange; one stop back is Sector 16.
Our teams drive in from New Delhi (AHC has no Noida office). Lanes here are narrow and crowded, so tell us your building, floor and the nearest station gate when you book, and whether there's a loading point we can use for machines.
