PEST CONTROL, CLEANING AND TANKS · SAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD

Pest control and cleaning in Sahibabad

Sahibabad sits on the Delhi border by GT Road, has its own Namo Bharat station, and takes in old colonies like Lajpat Nagar, DLF Colony and Shyam Park as well as the factories and godowns of Sahibabad Industrial Area. AHC handles both: cockroaches, rats and mosquitoes in a family house, and after-hours pest control and cleaning for a unit or office down the road.

Water in Sahibabad

Taps here run on the municipal corporation's Jalkal supply, mostly tubewell groundwater with a limited share of Ganga water, and most houses add their own submersible, a sump and a roof tank. Groundwater is under enough pressure that in 2023 GMC planned to send treated sewage water to the Industrial Area's units through a 95-km pipeline so they draw less from the ground.

When supply goes bad, it shows up at the tap first. On 6 July 2026, homes in Radheshyam Park (and parts of Rajendra Nagar) got dirty, foul-smelling water, and families switched to bottled water and private tankers while Jalkal inspected the pipeline.

What that means for your tank: a roof tank or sump that filled during a dirty spell holds that water, and its sediment, until someone empties it. Clean it once the supply runs clear again, then keep to every six months. A tank clean removes sludge and disinfects the tank; it can't fix a broken pipe in the lane or change what the supply carries, so report bad water to Jalkal as well.

The industrial estate: godowns, units and offices

Sahibabad Industrial Area has about 1,400 units. Stored cartons, grain and packaging, loading bays left open and drains along the boundary wall are where rats and cockroaches settle in a commercial site, whatever is made inside.

  • Rats: tamper-resistant bait stations along the walls and near the shutters, checked on a return visit. Commercial premises are quoted after a site visit.
  • Cockroaches in pantries, canteens and washrooms: gel in the cracks where they hide, with nothing sprayed on stock or desks.
  • Office cleaning: a flat ₹2,500–3,500 for an office up to 500 sq ft, ₹4–6 per sq ft above that (₹6–10 for a deep clean), including GST, before or after working hours. The team doesn't open drawers or handle documents and IT kit.
  • Sanitization of touchpoints and washrooms: ₹2 to ₹3 per sq ft, minimum ₹2,999.

A free site visit fixes the price in writing. Tell us your shift timings and we'll work around them.

Sewage in the parks, and the dengue list

In September 2026, residents of DLF Colony said sewage had been flowing through Ekta Park for about a month, and worried about children and older people who walk there. Standing dirty water in a park or lane is a breeding ground for flies and mosquitoes, and cockroaches use the same drains to reach kitchens.

Sahibabad was one of about 37 areas on Ghaziabad's dengue "highly sensitive" list in October 2025, and it was named again in the November 2025 door-to-door survey and fogging drive. On 4 September 2026, roads and a park in Janakpuri were waterlogged after rain.

Inside your house, mosquito control (₹1,599 for a 2BHK) treats the places they breed and rest: coolers, plant trays, the space under the sink, balcony drains. Fogging (cold ULV from ₹999) knocks down adult mosquitoes in the rooms on the day. The park and the sewer line belong to the municipal corporation, so keep reporting those.

Sahibabad: your questions

Do you work in Sahibabad Industrial Area as well as the colonies?
Yes. We clean and treat godowns, units and offices in the estate as well as houses in Lajpat Nagar, DLF Colony, Shyam Park and Jhandapur. Commercial jobs are priced after a free site visit.
Can you come after our factory shift ends?
Our hours are 8 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week. For a unit or office we can start early or late inside those hours so the floor is clear. Tell us your shift timings when you book.
Which PIN codes do you cover?
201005 (Sahibabad) and 201010 (Industrial Estate and Bharat Nagar), plus the rest of Ghaziabad.
There's sewage in our park. Will mosquito control help?
It treats your house: coolers, pots, drains and the dark corners where mosquitoes rest. The sewage in a public park is a municipal job, so report it to the corporation as well.
How soon can you reach Sahibabad?
Sahibabad is right on the Delhi border, so if you book before 12 pm and a slot is open, we can usually come the same day.
Godown mein chuhe bahut hain, kya aap commercial jagah par kaam karte ho?
Haan. Godown, factory aur office ke liye pehle free site visit hota hai, phir fixed price likh kar milta hai. Ghar ke liye rat control 2BHK ka ₹1,299 hai, GST ke saath.
