Restaurant pest control in Noida, with rats handled first.
This autumn UP's food safety department inspected restaurants and fast-food outlets in Noida, a Noida licence was among those suspended for hygiene failures, and rodents featured in reports from the statewide drive. We build Noida contracts around a mapped rodent programme, then deal with cockroaches, flies and drains, from Sector 18 and the mall food floors to the canteens of Sector 62.

Quick answer
What you get: AHC provides pest control for Noida restaurants, cafés, mall food-floor outlets, market eateries, cloud kitchens and office canteens. A senior technician audits the kitchen for free and maps every rodent entry point; you then receive a written schedule and a fixed price, billed quarterly in advance with a GST invoice, with treatment rates from ₹1–2 per sq ft per service (minimum 800 sq ft). Each visit adds a dated report, chemical log and station map to your file, ready for an FSDA food safety officer. Under the Make-It-Right Promise, give the treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free. The autumn 2026 drive, and what it looked for
Under its "Shuddh Hi Shubh Hai" campaign, the UP Food Safety and Drug Administration ran special inspections of fast-food chains and restaurants in Lucknow, Gorakhpur and Noida in September 2026. Food licences of 10 establishments were suspended for violations and "serious hygiene-related deficiencies", one of them in Noida. The Times of India reported on the same drive under the headline "Fungus, rodents found in 233 UP eateries during inspection, 13 Noida licenses at risk".
The lesson for a Noida kitchen is simple. Rodent signs are among the first things an inspector notices: droppings along a wall, gnawed sacks, a greasy run-mark at a door. Those are what our visits look for and log.

Who licenses and inspects a Noida restaurant
| Body | Role for a restaurant | What it means for pests |
|---|---|---|
| FSSAI | Your licence or registration and its hygiene schedule | The pest-control record you keep belongs here |
| UP FSDA, Gautam Buddh Nagar district office | Inspections, samples and licence suspensions by food safety officers | The body that ran the 2026 drive |
| Noida Authority | Runs the city as an industrial development authority (set up in 1976); there is no municipal corporation | We haven't found an Authority health licence for restaurants, so we don't ask you for one |
| District health teams | Dengue checks | Premises have been challaned for larvae, ₹10,000 in one 2024 case in Greater Noida West |

|---|---|---|---|
| Mall food floors (The Great India Place, Sector 38A, and its Entertainment City neighbours) | A 180,000 sq ft food and entertainment zone on the top floor of a 258-store mall | Shared service corridors and garbage rooms; cockroaches moving between counters | Counter kitchens and drains after mall hours; stations on your side of the corridor |
| Sector 18 market and Mall of India | Dense mix of restaurants, cafés and shops | Rear service lanes, basement stores | Lane-side stations, basement store checks, door-gap advice |

Rats first: the rodent programme
In a Noida kitchen a rat problem usually starts outside: a service lane, a basement store, a mall garbage room. So the programme starts at the edges and works in.
- Entry survey. At the audit we walk the outside wall, service door, drains and pipe entries and mark every gap on a site plan.
- Numbered stations. Tamper-resistant stations go outside and along entry routes, never on food-contact surfaces. Each has a number that matches the plan.
- Proofing list. Door sweeps, drain covers and pipe-entry gaps go on a list for you or the landlord to fix; this step often decides how fast activity drops.
- Dry store order. Sacks on racks off the floor, a clear gap from the walls, open packs in lidded bins.
- Logged checks. Every visit records activity per station, so the file shows a trend, not just a date.
Staff clear and cover food and utensils before we treat inside the kitchen; our team doesn't handle them.
Mall food floors: your records and the mall's
In a mall, the facility team usually runs pest control for the common areas: corridors, washrooms, the central garbage room. Your counter's kitchen, its drains and its store are yours, and an inspector looking at your licence will ask for your records, not the mall's.
We coordinate with the mall on access passes and timings, treat your space after mall hours, and note anything we see in shared areas (an open garbage bin, a broken drain cover) in a separate line you can forward to the facility team. If several outlets on one floor book together, each still gets its own report.
A Noida restaurant schedule
Typical starting points, set at the audit:
| Service | Where | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Rodent stations and entry checks | Outside wall, service door, store, garbage point | Every visit, with a full re-survey each quarter |
| Cockroach gel and drain treatment | Cooking line, counters, floor traps | Twice a month for busy kitchens; monthly for counters and kiosks |
| Fly control | Open fronts, waste points, dining | Every visit; more often in the monsoon |
| Mosquito breeding check | Basements, terraces, cooler trays | July to October |
| Sanitization of dining and seating | Food courts, canteens | On request |
| Water tank cleaning | Overhead tank, sump | Every 3 to 6 months |

What lands in your file
A dated service report, a chemical log with CIB&RC numbers and the station map, plus, for Noida clients, a rodent activity table by station number so an officer can see the trend at a glance. Mall tenants get a shared-area note to pass to the facility team. The full list for businesses is on the industries page.
