Restaurant pest control in Gurugram, ready before a complaint arrives.
In Gurugram a diner's video can bring the food safety officer faster than any schedule, so the kitchen has to be in shape on an ordinary weeknight. We treat Cyber City, Sector 29 and Galleria kitchens in the hours between the last bar order and the office lunch rush, and keep a dated file you can hand over the moment someone asks.
Thanks! We'll call you shortly.

Quick answer
In brief: AHC handles pest control for Gurugram restaurants, bars, cafés, food-court counters and cloud kitchens, with teams travelling from our New Delhi office. It starts with a free kitchen audit; then you get a written visit plan timed around your closing hours and a fixed contract price, billed quarterly in advance with a GST invoice (treatment from ₹1–2 per sq ft per service, minimum 800 sq ft). Each visit adds a dated report, chemical log and bait-station map to a file you can show an inspector the same day. Under the Make-It-Right Promise, give the treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free.Gurugram venues and their pest pressure
| Venue | Why pests build up here | Our plan |
|---|---|---|
| Office-district dining (Cyber City, CyberHub) | Very high weekday covers; shared service corridors and garbage rooms between outlets | Gel and drain work after close, stations along the shared corridor, a report per outlet |
| Bar and restaurant market (Sector 29, by Leisure Valley) | Late closes, bar counters with sugary spills, ice machines and bottle stores | Bar counter voids, ice machine and keg room drains, fruit fly and drain fly control |
| Market cafés next to homes (Galleria Market, DLF Phase 4) | Small kitchens, rear service lanes shared with homes and shops | Rear-lane bait stations, door-gap fixes, gel in compact equipment |
| Rooftops and terraces | Planters, cooler trays and AC drip trays hold water; open seating draws flies | Monsoon breeding checks, thermal fogging after closing, fly control |
| Delivery kitchens in newer sectors | Several brands in one space, little downtime | Whole-kitchen visits in the quietest slot, one report section per brand |

CyberHub opened in 2013 with about 400,000 sq ft of food and entertainment space inside the 125-acre Cyber City office district, and DLF describes it as giving "tens of thousands of professionals" a dining destination on their doorstep. Kitchens there serve those numbers every weekday, and pests follow the volume.

When the inspection starts with a complaint
Hindustan Times reported that citizen complaints triggered 61% of Gurugram's food safety inspections in September 2026, and that 11 of 31 targeted inspections across the city's two zones followed complaints on social media. Whatever the exact share, the pattern is clear: an officer may arrive the day after a post, not on a calendar date.
- The last three service reports, dated and signed, on the premises or on a phone.
- The bait-station map, with recent checks logged, so the officer sees a running programme.
- Photos of fixes done, such as a sealed door gap or a new drain cover.
- One named person on each shift who knows where the file is.
If you see a complaint about pests, send us the post and a photo of the spot. We come out, treat, and add a dated note to your file. That shows what you did; it can't decide what an officer concludes.
Who checks a Gurugram kitchen
| Who | What they do | Pest angle |
|---|---|---|
| Haryana food safety wing (Food Safety Officers and a district Designated Officer) | Inspections, samples, licence action under FSSAI | Statewide, 6,140 of 23,653 samples failed between April 2016 and January 2024 (25.95%) |
| MCG and the health department | Dengue checks; larvae notices under Section 214 | 3,024 larvae notices in the 2024 season by 16 July, from 40 teams across 35 wards |
| FSSAI hygiene rating auditor (if you opt in) | Scores the kitchen | Item 7: "Doors are smooth and non-absorbent. Suitable precautions have been taken to prevent the entry of pests." |

Plan around your FSSAI licence. We have found no separate MCG health licence for restaurants, so this page doesn't mention one.

Between a late close and the lunch rush
Gurugram is known as the "cocktail capital of India", and many bar kitchens shut long after midnight. Office-district kitchens then start prep early for a weekday lunch peak. That leaves a short gap, so we plan visits around it:
- Split the kitchen into zones and treat the bar and cooking line on one night, the stores and drains on another, if the gap is too short for both.
- Start once equipment has cooled. Your staff clear and cover food and utensils first; our team doesn't touch them.
- Use gel and drain treatment in the cooking areas, so there is nothing to air out before prep.
- Keep weekend visits for deeper work, such as cold room motor bays and behind heavy units, when the office crowd is away and lunch is lighter.
Visit times are agreed at the audit.
Rooftops and the dengue season
Gurugram's rooftop and terrace seating is pleasant in the evening and a breeding risk in the monsoon. Planters, cooler trays, AC drip trays and stacked crates all hold water. MCG teams issue notices under Section 214 for larvae, and Hindustan Times reported in early October 2026 that Gurugram's dengue cases had already passed the 2025 total.
The city's drains add pressure: ahead of the 2026 monsoon, Gurugram flagged 159 waterlogging hotspots, and backed-up drains push rats and drain flies towards kitchen floor traps. From July to October we add a larvae check to each visit, empty-and-scrub advice for every water point we find, and thermal fogging of open seating after closing.

Your complaint-ready file
Every visit leaves a dated report, a chemical log with CIB&RC numbers and the updated station map. For Gurugram outlets we also keep a short complaint log: when a pest complaint came in, when we visited, what we found and what changed. Food-court tenants get their own copy, separate from the mall's records. The full list for businesses is on the industries page.
