FOR BUSINESS · RWAS AND HOUSING SOCIETIES · FARIDABAD

Society pest control in Faridabad, for RWAs that run their own society.

Across Greater Faridabad, many RWAs now look after their towers themselves and pay for every repair from residents' contributions, so a pest bill that changes every month is the last thing they need. We audit your basements, drains, garbage rooms and parks for free, then agree one yearly price and a schedule, billed each quarter, with a dated report your members can read.

Quick answer

AHC handles pest control in the common areas of Faridabad housing societies, contracted with the RWA, or with the builder where it still holds maintenance. A free audit comes first; the RWA then gets RWA Common Area Care: a written schedule for basements, drains, garbage rooms, terraces and parks at one fixed price for the year, billed quarterly in advance with a GST invoice, and common-area pest control from ₹1–2 per sq ft per service (minimum ₹2,499 per visit). After every visit the RWA receives a dated log with photos and product registration numbers, and a short report each quarter. Give each treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free under our Make-It-Right Promise.

What we find in Faridabad's older high-rises

Some Greater Faridabad societies have been lived in for around ten years, and their common areas show it. A first audit usually covers these zones:

Sumps and pump roomsWorn or loose sump lids, rusted meshMosquito breeding, cockroachesLarvicide, a list of lids and mesh to replace

The law, in one line

Faridabad's societies come under the same Haryana law as Gurugram's: the Haryana Apartment Ownership Act, 1983, with RWAs registered under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. The detail on handover, the Deed of Declaration and the 2012 DTCP memo is on our Gurugram society page. The law doesn't name pest control; once maintenance passes to your RWA, keeping the common areas in order is the RWA's job, and pest control is part of that. Outside the society's boundary, MCF and the district health department run public anti-larval work.

When the RWA has taken over from the builder

In 2024 The Tribune reported that RWAs in Greater Faridabad were funding repairs to their high-rises themselves after taking over maintenance. A residents' leader quoted in that report put the city at "over 50 such societies with over 1.30 lakh residents".

Taking over usually means inheriting very little paperwork. The builder's old pest vendor leaves, and nobody knows where the bait stations were or when the sumps were last checked. Our first visit rebuilds that record: we walk every basement, sump, garbage room and terrace with your maintenance in-charge, number and map each station, photograph the problem spots, and list the repairs that belong to the RWA (a sump lid, a drain cover) separately from what we treat. From then on the RWA owns a complete file, and it stays with the society when office-bearers change.

A price the RWA can budget

An RWA paying from monthly maintenance collections needs to know the year's pest cost before the year starts. So:

  • One price for the year, written in the contract and the same on every invoice.
  • Billed quarterly in advance, so the RWA pays in four parts from its collections. There are no extra charges for call-backs under our Make-It-Right Promise.
  • Start with what hurts most. If the budget is tight, the schedule can begin with basements, garbage rooms and monsoon larvicide, and add parks, shafts or tank cleaning later in the year at the rates already agreed.
  • Residents can pay for their own flats. Society 365 gives 10% off the yearly plan from the 10th flat in the society that joins, without touching the RWA's budget.

Not handed over yet?

Some Faridabad societies are still maintained by the builder. If yours is one of them, we contract with whoever holds maintenance today and transfer the contract to the RWA at the same price on the day it takes over, with the logs and station map, so there is no gap in treatment.

What the yearly contract includes

These are typical starting points; the audit sets the frequencies, and the RWA can phase services in as the budget allows. Services can be added mid-year at the contract rates, and the contract ends on 30 days' notice.

Records for the RWA's members

Each visit produces a dated log with zones, products and their CIB&RC registration numbers, photos and the technician's name. The quarterly report is short enough to read out at a general body meeting: what was treated, what we found, and the repairs the RWA should plan. Invoices carry GST and the RWA's name.
