Quick answer

We audit common areas, basements and individual flats as needed, free of charge, before setting up fixed contracts billed quarterly in advance for Delhi NCR societies. The Society 365 plan covers individual residents, while the RWA Common Area Care contract covers shared spaces under one agreement with the association.

Common pest and hygiene risks

  • Rodents in basements, parking areas and waste collection points
  • Mosquito breeding in common area drains and water storage
  • Cockroaches in common corridors and waste chutes
  • Termites affecting wooden fixtures in common areas and clubhouses
  • Stray pest entry through society gardens and boundary walls
  • Ants and silverfish in individual flats

What we do

Paperwork you get

  • service reports
  • chemical usage log

How it works

  1. 01Free audit
  2. 02Fixed quote
  3. 03Scheduled visits
  4. 04Quarterly report

Billed quarterly in advance.

Two contracts for two different needs

Housing societies have two separate pest control needs: individual flats where residents want their own coverage, and shared common areas like basements, gardens, corridors and parking that the RWA is responsible for. We address this with two distinct offerings: the Society 365 plan for residents who want scheduled visits inside their own homes, and the RWA Common Area Care contract covering shared spaces under an agreement with the association.

Both are set up as fixed contracts billed quarterly in advance for Delhi NCR societies, so residents and the RWA can each budget for their respective coverage without one affecting the other's billing.

Coordinating across common areas and private flats

Because basements, drains and gardens are shared spaces that affect every resident, a free compliance audit of these common areas is carried out for the RWA, with bait stations placed at agreed points and mapped for the facilities committee's records.

Residents under the Society 365 plan receive their own service reports for their flats, while the RWA receives reports covering common areas, so both parties have visibility appropriate to what they are paying for under their respective contracts.
