What your clients get
Your client is treated exactly like any AHC customer who found us on their own:
- The listed price, including GST. For example, an empty 2BHK move-in or move-out clean is ₹4,199, the Move-in Ready Pack (empty-flat deep clean plus pest treatment) is ₹4,999 for a 2BHK, and general pest control for a 2BHK is ₹1,399. - One quote, from us, in writing, before any work starts. The bill never goes above it.
- Written warranties on termite and bed bug treatment; on general pest control, give the treatment 2–4 weeks to work, and if pests are still active after that we revisit free; and the Make-It-Right Promise on everything else. Warranty →
- A WhatsApp photo report after the job, with before and after photos and the products used, which they can forward to a landlord, tenant or buyer.
- Visits 7 days a week, 8 am to 9 pm, with same-day slots on most services when booked before 12 pm.

What you get as a partner
- A referral reward, agreed with each partner, paid by bank transfer after the client's job is paid and completed.
- One WhatsApp contact at AHC who confirms each referral, the slot and the status, so you don't have to chase.
- Copies of the photo report when your client agrees, so you can show the owner or buyer the work was done.
- Priority slots for handover deadlines when booked ahead.
How a referral works
- Apply below. We call you, explain the terms and give you a partner code.
- Send us the client. WhatsApp 97111 11086 with your partner code, the client's name and number, the address area, home size and what's needed. Or give the client your code to quote when they book.
- We quote the client directly, at the listed price, fix the slot with them, and do the job. You get a status message when it's booked and when it's done.
- You receive the reward agreed with you once the job is paid and complete. A monthly statement lists every referral and its status.
The rules we both follow
- AHC quotes the client directly. Partners don't quote AHC prices, add a margin on top, or collect payment for AHC.
- No promises on our behalf. Warranties and timelines are the ones written on AHC's job card, nothing more.
- The client knows. Tell the client you're referring them to AHC and that you receive a referral reward. We say the same if they ask.
- No selling at the door. Our team won't sell your services to the client, and we ask partners not to sell ours on site visits either.
- Client details stay private. We use the client's number only for their booking and never share it onward.
- Either side can stop at any time; rewards for jobs already completed are still paid.
Partner questions
Do I need to be a registered business?
No. Individual brokers and designers can partner.
Will my client pay more because they came through me?
No. They pay the listed price, including GST, the same as anyone else.
Can I book on my client's behalf?
Yes, with your client's consent. We still confirm the price and time with the client before the visit.
Do you work in all of Delhi NCR?
Yes: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida (including Greater Noida and Noida Extension), Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
What if my client isn't happy?
They message us with the report number and we handle it directly, under the warranty or the Make-It-Right Promise. We'll keep you posted if they agree.
