Five roles, one visit
Pest control technicians. They inspect before they treat: where cockroaches are hiding, how rats are getting in, which door frames sound hollow. Then they treat with the method the job needs, gel, crack-and-crevice spray, bait stations or drill-fill-seal, explain to you what to avoid and for how long, and send the photo report from their phone before leaving.
Cleaning crews. Two or more people per deep clean, with scrubbing machines, vacuums, ladders and a different cleaner for each surface. They test a small spot before scrubbing paint or stone, and work ceiling to floor, room by room.
Tank crews. One technician for a roof tank; two for every sump, one inside and one outside watching. They follow the same nine steps each time and photograph the tank before and after.
Supervisors. They plan each day's routes, visit sites to check quality, train new joiners on the job, and take charge when something on a job isn't right for you.
Customer desk. The people on 97111 11086. They give prices from our price list, fix your time window, send the prep list and reminders, take payment, and follow up after every job.
What every team member learns
Nobody goes to a customer's home on their first day. New joiners train first, then work alongside a senior technician before going out on their own.

How to know it's really us
- Before the visit: a WhatsApp message with the name and photo of the person coming and your time window.
- At the door: AHC uniform and an AHC photo ID card. Ask to see it; nobody will mind.
- Payment: we accept cash, UPI, bank transfer and cards, at the price on your booking. Our team never asks for extra cash for any service.
- No selling at the door: if someone at your home pushes a plan or an extra, call us.
If anyone turns up saying they're from AHC and the name doesn't match your message, don't let them in. Call 97111 11086 first.
How we check people before they visit
- Interview at our office in New Delhi.
- Documents: a government photo ID and address proof, kept on file.
- Police verification: every team member is police-verified.
- Training and a probation period working alongside a senior technician.
Societies and businesses that need copies of verification for their records can ask us; we share them with the team member's consent.
Meet the team
Sanjeev Kumar, Founder. He started AHC in 2011 because families in Delhi NCR couldn't find pest control they could rely on: fixed prices, trained people and work that lasts. He holds AHC's pest control licence. Cleaning and water tank cleaning were added later, when customers asked the same team to look after more of their home.
Everyone else who works with us is introduced here by role: pest control technicians, cleaning crews, tank crews, supervisors and the customer desk. Everyone who visits is trained and checked the same way.
