FOR BUSINESS · GRADE A WAREHOUSES AND LOGISTICS PARKS · GURUGRAM
Pest control for warehouses and logistics parks in Gurugram.
Savills reports that Gurugram took over 55% of Delhi NCR's warehouse supply and absorption in the first half of 2026, and the big sheds behind those figures stand off NH-48, Pataudi Road, Bilaspur and Sohna. At that size rats, pigeons and insects have to be managed block by block, with a station map and visit report your own client's auditor can read.

Quick answer
For a warehouse or logistics park in Gurugram, AHC surveys the site free, then runs a block-wise programme: locked rodent stations on the boundary and dock aprons, traps and monitoring boards in the racking, bird-proofing at canopies and roof openings, and insect control in offices, canteens and driver areas. Pricing starts at ₹1–2 per sq ft per service including GST; the contract figure is agreed after the survey and billed quarterly in advance. Each visit produces a report, a chemical log and an updated station map per block. Give the treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free under the Make-It-Right Promise. Our teams travel from our New Delhi office. Fumigation stays with your licensed fumigation agency; we schedule around it.Where Gurugram's warehouses are, and what each belt brings
Colliers says Farukh Nagar and the NH-48 corridor, together with Bhiwandi near Mumbai, accounted for more than a third of India's warehouse demand in H1 2026. On the ground that demand sits in a handful of belts:
| Belt | What the sources say | What it means for pest control |
|---|---|---|
| Bilaspur | About 3 km off NH-48 and 7 km from the KMP Expressway; e-commerce, logistics, retail and FMCG named as the biggest occupiers (ITLN, Sep 2020) | Food and consumer goods in the racks: inner trap ring and stored-goods checks matter |
| Pataudi Road | A courier company leased about 6 lakh sq ft for nine years, operational from June 2025 (India Seatrade News, Oct 2025) | Parcel sortation runs round the clock, so visits fit between shifts |
| Farukhnagar belt (Khalikpur) | A logistics park 7 km from the KMP; 3PL, e-commerce, retail, automotive and FMCG tenants (park owner's page) | Long boundary walls next to open land: the outer station ring carries the load |
| Sohna–Silani and Taoru | A Grade A park of about 9.5 lakh sq ft at Sohna–Silani (ITLN, Apr 2025); a park at Taoru aimed at pharma, 3PL and e-commerce (ITLN, Apr 2023) | Pharma tenants usually want our work to follow their SOP and QA sign-off |

Park, tenant, 3PL: who looks after which zone
In a multi-tenant park, pests don't respect the lease plan, but contracts do. Before we quote, we settle who covers what, so no stretch of wall goes unchecked.
| Zone | Usually looked after by | What we do there |
|---|---|---|
| Park boundary, internal roads, green strips, STP and storm drains | Park management | Outer ring of locked stations; burrow treatment; drain and larvicide rounds |
| Truck parking and driver amenities | Park management | Stations at the edges; gel and crack-and-crevice in toilets and food stalls |
| Shed perimeter and dock aprons | Tenant (or its 3PL) | Stations either side of every dock; leveller pits and shutter seals inspected |
| High-bay racking and pallet floor | Tenant (or its 3PL) | Traps and monitoring boards at rack bases; slow pallets checked |
| Mezzanine, sortation and packing | Tenant (or its 3PL) | Cockroach and ant control around conveyors and packing tables, scheduled in breaks |
| Roof, skylights, canopy steel | Shared; agree in writing | Pigeon-proofing measured on site; roof openings listed |

If both the park and the tenant hire AHC, the station numbers run as one map, so a rat caught on the boundary and droppings found at a dock show up in the same trend report.
When the industrial areas flood
Gurugram's industrial areas flood fast. In June 2024 the Gurgaon Industrial Association told The Tribune that "Even light rain leaves the industrial areas in chaos" and that water "enters the units, damages products, obstructs manufacturing", adding, "The situation is the same every year." In June 2026 the Indian Express listed Narsinghpur and Hero Honda Chowk among the hotspots, fed by run-off from the Aravalli foothills, and on 9 July 2026 the Delhi–Jaipur Highway service lane near Narsinghpur was under water (IANS).
Water pushes rats out of burrows and drains and towards dry buildings, and wet cartons draw flies and cockroaches. So from July to September we add a visit after a heavy spell on request (charged as a visit unless your contract covers it): stations reset where water moved them, dock leveller pits checked for standing water and larvae, and damaged stock in the returns area looked over before it's written off or moved.

What your vendor-onboarding team can check
Most 3PLs and occupiers onboard a pest contractor like any other vendor. The licence is the first document to ask for. Under Rule 10(3-A) of the Insecticides Rules, 1971, "A licence to stock and use insecticides for pest control operators will be issued in Form VI-C", and the person applying "should be at least a graduate in Agriculture or in Science with Chemistry as a subject with a certificate of minimum 15 days training" from one of the listed institutes.
For onboarding we can give you a copy of our licence (9399-XXXX), the list of products we plan to use with their CIB&RC registration numbers, a sample visit report and station map, and our GST details. The rule also lists a separate licence for fumigants under clause (i), which is why fumigation stays with a specialist agency on your site.
These documents show who is doing the work and with what. They don't decide the result of your client's audit.
