Office pest control in Gurugram (Gurgaon)
Gurugram passed 100 million sq ft of office space in 2026, spread over towers built in the 1990s, Cyber City's blocks and the newer campuses along NH-8 and Golf Course Extension Road. AHC plans pest control around the building you're actually in, clears the facility team's vendor checks before the first visit, and treats your floor after hours.

Quick answer
What AHC does for Gurugram offices: we audit your floor or building free, send the facility team our product list and method statement, then visit in the evening or at the weekend to gel-bait pantries, station ceiling voids and risers, and monitor server and electrical rooms with traps. Pricing starts at ₹1–2 per sq ft per service (minimum 800 sq ft), with the contract billed quarterly in advance after the audit. You get a report, chemical log and station map after every visit, with separate reports for the landlord's common areas and each tenant floor where both sign up. Give each treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free under our Make-It-Right Promise.Gurugram's office buildings by generation
| Building | What it brings | What we plan |
|---|---|---|
| 1990s towers (the city's first prime office buildings) | Three decades of fit-outs; old cable cut-outs and core holes left open; ceilings reworked by each tenant | A survey of your floor's openings, a sealing list, stations in the voids |
| Cyber City blocks (2000–2010) | Big floor plates over basements, food outlets close by, many tenants per building | Your floor stationed and baited; basement and food-court work coordinated with the building's FM |
| Newer NH-8 and Golf Course Extension Road campuses | Institutional owners, green certification, strict contractor onboarding | Bait-first methods, documents sent before the first visit, visits logged with security |
| Udyog Vihar units | Office rooms sharing a wall or plot with production, loading and a canteen | Perimeter stations, drain treatment, fly control near the loading side |
| Coworking floors | Shared pantries, late members | A fixed treatment order; see coworking centres |

JLL dates the first prime towers to the 1990s and Cyber City to 2000–2010, and says NH-8 now holds 48 per cent of the city's operational Grade A stock, with Golf Course Extension Road second for availability.

What applies in Gurugram
Larvae notices under Section 214. When Gurugram's health teams find mosquito larvae, they serve notices "under Section 214". In two days in June 2024 they found larvae in 164 houses and issued 98 notices; by mid-July that season the count was 3,024. Amar Ujala reported 6,695 notices so far in 2026, with 400 issued on a single day and 65 dengue cases, one more than in all of 2025.

Every notice we found went to a house; we found no office challan or fine amount. That doesn't make a tower immune. Basements, terrace tanks, AC trays and podium planters hold water in any building, and the facility team will want to know the tenant floors aren't adding to it. Our monsoon visits check the points on your floor and list them in the report.
Your landlord's rules. In a managed tower, the contract with the landlord usually decides which products may be used, when contractors can enter and what they must submit. Those are contract terms, not law, and we work within them.
AHC holds a licence under Rule 10(3-A) of the Insecticides Rules, 1971 9399-XXXX. Our reports record the work done; they can't settle the outcome of anyone's inspection or audit.
The vendor file for green-certified, institutionally owned towers
CBRE counts about 59 million sq ft of Gurugram's office stock as green-certified and about 35 million sq ft as institutionally owned. Owners like these onboard contractors through a fixed process, and pest control is usually checked closely because it brings chemicals into the building. Before our first visit we send:
- The product list with each CIB&RC registration number, plus labels
- A method statement by zone: gel and bait in pantries, traps only inside server and UPS rooms, larvicide where water stands
- Our Insecticides Rules licence 9399-XXXX and technicians' IDs
- A visit calendar the facility team can put on its own schedule

Basements, food courts and the floors above them
In a big campus, the busiest pest source is often several floors below your desks: the basement's waste point and the food outlets serving the building. Rats travel up along cable runs and service risers into false ceilings, and cockroaches ride in with deliveries. A tenant can't fix that alone, so we work in two layers. On your floor: stations in the ceiling void, door sweeps on electrical rooms, pantry gel. With the building's FM: an outer ring of stations in the basement and around the waste point, under the landlord's own contract with AHC or another provider. When both layers report to the same map, gaps show up quickly. Food outlets are food businesses with their own schedule; see restaurant pest control in Gurugram.
Udyog Vihar: an office beside the shop floor
Udyog Vihar is an HSIIDC industrial estate of more than 1,200 industrial and commercial units in five phases. Many offices there sit inside the same plot as production, packing or a canteen. Pests don't respect that line: rats nest in stored cartons and come through gaps under the office door, and flies follow the canteen waste. We treat the office and the perimeter together, put the loading side and drains on the plan, and keep the shop floor on its own schedule; see factory pest control.

Records you get
Every visit: a service report with photos, a chemical log with CIB&RC numbers, and the updated station map. In Gurugram we also keep the vendor file current, re-sending it when a product changes, and where the landlord and a tenant both hold contracts, each gets its own report against the shared map. Our industries page lists every business record.
