Our review policy
Every review of AHC is posted publicly by a customer on Google, Justdial or MagicPin.
- We don't edit reviews. Typos, Hinglish and complaints stay as they were posted.
- We don't pay for reviews or give discounts, free visits or gifts in exchange for one. Google treats incentives for reviews as fake engagement, and so do we.
- We don't filter out the critical ones. A 3-star review gets a reply, the same as a 5-star one.
- We don't write reviews ourselves, and nobody at AHC, or related to anyone at AHC, reviews us.
How we answer every review
Someone from AHC's customer desk reads each new review on Google, Justdial and MagicPin and replies to it.
- A good review gets a short thank-you, and a reminder of the next due date if it was a tank clean or a plan visit.
- A problem gets a reply that says what we're doing about it and how to reach us: WhatsApp 97111 11086 with the report number. We call the customer, look at the photos from the job, and where the job is covered, book a free return visit under the Make-It-Right Promise or the written warranty on the job card. Warranty →
- Something we disagree with gets a polite reply with the facts, never the customer's personal details, address or booking history.
We don't ask anyone to change or remove a review in return for a fix. If the problem is solved and the customer chooses to update what they wrote, that's their decision.
Leave a review
If AHC has visited your home or business, a few lines help the next family decide. Mention the service, your area and anything that stood out: how the technician worked, whether the price matched, how the follow-up went.

Reading reviews of any home-service company
Whether you book us or someone else, a few checks make reviews more useful:
- Look at the dates. A steady run of reviews over months says more than a burst in one week.
- Look for the service you need. A five-star sofa clean tells you little about termite work.
- Read the low ratings and the replies. How a company answers a complaint shows what happens if your visit goes wrong.
- Open the reviewer's profile. Real customers usually have reviews of other local places too.
- Check the details match. Area, home type and season should make sense together.
