Termite Control in Delhi

Termite Control in Delhi: what to know

Delhi's older kothis often have solid wood door and window frames, built-in almirahs and wooden staircases, all of which are vulnerable once termites find a gap near the foundation or a damp wall. The first visit is a free inspection where the technician checks skirting, frame joints and any visible mud tubes before recommending a chemical and method — drilling and chemical injection along the foundation line, or direct wood treatment where frames are affected.

Warranty depends on the chemical used: some treatments carry a 1-year warranty, others 2 years, and premium treatments go up to 3 years* — this is explained before work starts and written on the job card along with the areas treated. Builder floors without a lift in colonies such as Karol Bagh or Model Town are factored into scheduling since equipment has to be carried up manually.

Because termite colonies can be extensive in older construction, we check adjoining rooms and the boundary wall line, not just the room where damage is visible. If you're renovating or replacing a wooden frame, it's worth booking the inspection before the carpenter's work begins so any termite activity is treated first.
