Quick answer
In Noida, Greater Noida and along the Yamuna Expressway, AHC protects godowns, warehouses and the dry areas of cold stores from rodents, cockroaches, flies, birds and stored-product insects. After a free audit we fix a written plan: stations outside and at every door, traps inside, gel and crack-and-crevice work in offices and plant rooms, bird-proofing where needed. Treatment is ₹1–2 per sq ft per service including GST (minimum 800 sq ft), with the contract price set after the audit and billed quarterly. You receive a report, chemical log and station map per visit. Give the treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free under the Make-It-Right Promise. We don't spray inside chilled chambers holding food, and we leave fumigation to your licensed agency.Where two freight corridors meet
Dadri, in Greater Noida, is where the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors meet. NICDC is building a Multi-Modal Logistics Hub there, which a May 2025 report (NBM&CW) put at 3 mn sq ft of warehousing and 0.3 mn sq ft of cold storage. In 2026 GNIDA invited bids for a 174-acre multi-modal logistics park at Kappa-II near ICD Dadri, listing mechanised warehousing and cold storage among the uses (India Seatrade News, Apr 2026). Further south, YEIDA approved a logistics and warehousing hub in Sector 8-F next to Noida International Airport in September 2025, where "goods can be stored here and moved quickly to the terminal".
Demand is already moving. JLL recorded gross absorption of 4.47 mn sq ft across Delhi NCR in Q1 2026, up 41% year on year, with 3PL firms the largest occupier group, and JLL counts Ghaziabad–Noida as one of the region's main submarkets.

Two kinds of storage in Noida
Noida was planned in 1975 as an industrial township, with roads, sewers and drains laid out together, and its older industrial sectors still hold many small units. Small-format warehouses are listed for rent in Sectors 63 and 80. The newer corridor sheds in Greater Noida are a different job. We plan them differently:
| Sector godown (older Noida industrial sectors) | Corridor shed (Greater Noida, Expressway) | |
|---|---|---|
| Typical size | One floor or a single shed on a sector plot | Large single-storey sheds with many docks |
| Where rats come from | Neighbouring units, service lanes, shared drains | Open land around new plots, boundary walls, truck yards |
| Insects | Cockroaches in cartons and offices; silverfish in paper stock | Flies at docks and waste points; stored-product insects in food lines |
| Birds | Pigeons on ledges and shutters | Pigeons in canopies and roof vents |
| What we lead with | Traps along shared walls and a gap list for the owner | A boundary ring of stations and dock-by-dock mapping |

Cold stores: the warm edges of a cold chain
Pests rarely live inside a running chiller, but the areas around it stay warm, damp and full of packaging. That's where we work:
- Ante-rooms and dock seals. Doors open all day; torn seals and gaps under strip curtains let rats and flies in. We check seals and place stations either side.
- Plant and compressor rooms. Warm motor housings and cable runs suit cockroaches and rodents. Gel and traps go here, away from any food.
- Condensate and floor drains. Standing water breeds flies and mosquitoes. Drains are treated and the report notes any that don't run clear.
- Packaging and carton store. Clean packaging sits for weeks before use; we check it for droppings and insects each visit.
- Rejected and expired goods. Spoiled food draws pests fastest. We check this area first and flag what needs clearing.
Inside chambers holding food, we don't spray. If something is found, your QA team decides the action with us, and the stock is moved or covered by your staff first.
The FSSAI lines a food store works to
If you store food under an FSSAI licence, Schedule 4 Part II applies to all licensed food businesses. Two clauses matter most to a warehouse or cold store:
- 9.2.1: "Food establishment, including equipment and building shall be kept in good repair to prevent pest access and to eliminate potential breeding sites. Holes, drains and other places where pests are likely to gain access shall be kept in sealed condition or fitted with mesh / grills / claddings or any other suitable means as required ... animals, birds and pets shall not be allowed to enter into the food establishment areas/ premises"
- 5.2.6: food on racks and pallets is to be placed so as to prevent harbouring of "any pests, insects or rodents".
The clauses ask the business to keep the building sealed and the stacks clear. Our visit report supports that with a dated list of open holes, drains and bird entry points, and notes where stacks block inspection. It doesn't decide how an inspection goes.

Starting points only. The audit fixes the real frequencies, and we adjust them each quarter.
Your records
Each visit gives you a report by area, a chemical log with CIB&RC registration numbers and the station map. Cold stores also get a short list of door seals, curtains and drains that need repair, dated, so your maintenance and QA teams work from the same page. See the full list on the industries page.
