Office pest control in Noida

The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway took 18 per cent of NCR's net office absorption in early 2025, and many of the floors there work through the night. AHC treats occupied offices one zone at a time, clears park security before the visit, and leaves a shift log so the next team knows what was treated and when.

Quick answer

In brief: AHC services offices across Noida and Greater Noida on a written contract. A senior technician audits the floor free; we then work zone by zone, in the quietest hours your shifts allow, with gel and bait in pantries and washrooms, stations in ceiling voids and risers, and traps only in server rooms. The rate is ₹1–2 per sq ft per service (minimum 800 sq ft), and the contract is billed quarterly in advance with a GST invoice once the audit sets the schedule. Each visit produces a report, a chemical log, a station map and a shift log. Give each treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free under our Make-It-Right Promise.

JLL put Noida's share of NCR net absorption at 26.9 per cent in 2025, with fresh supply landing in the last quarter. In the first quarter of 2025, IT and ITeS firms took 34 per cent of NCR's gross leasing and flexible space operators 18.5 per cent.

What Noida's authorities do

Notices where larvae turn up. Gautam Buddh Nagar's District Malaria Officer described the process in October 2025: when cases are reported a team checks the area for standing water, and "if larvae are found in standing water, a notice is issued". By 1 October 2026 the district had 207 dengue cases for the year, and the health department, helped by the Noida Authority, was running anti-larval spraying and fogging in sectors, societies and villages.

We found no fine amount for larvae at an office or IT park in Noida, so this page doesn't quote one. What the notice process asks of you is plain: no standing water with larvae on your premises. On an IT campus that means AC condensate trays, podium planters, basement sumps and terrace tanks. During the monsoon our visits check the points inside your tenancy and list them, with photos, in the report.

District departments do inspect corporate campuses. In December 2025 a large corporate campus in Sector 145 got a notice from the district Ground Water Department over borewells without permits. That case was about water, not pests, but it shows district departments do look at corporate campuses.

Floors that never empty

An office that runs three shifts has no clear night for treatment, and the usual advice to "come after hours" doesn't help. We split the floor into zones on the audit plan (pantries, washrooms, the ceiling void above each bay, server and UPS rooms, the cafeteria edge) and treat them in rotation.

  • Pantries and tea points are closed for as long as the technician advises for the product used, with a sign at the door, then reopened.
  • Gel and bait go into hinges, cracks and appliance housings, out of reach and out of sight, so people at nearby desks carry on working.
  • Ceiling voids are done bay by bay at the shift change, when the fewest people are seated.
  • Fogging for flying insects is booked only when a zone can be emptied for the time the label specifies.

The shift lead signs the log before we leave, so the incoming team knows which zones were treated and when they can be used.

Getting into an IT park or SEZ

Expressway parks and SEZs control who and what comes through the gate. We work through your admin team: names and ID numbers of the technicians, vehicle details if needed, and the list of products we will carry, sent ahead of the visit, as early as the park asks. If the park has its own pest control contractor for common areas, we ask for their station map so ours starts where theirs stops.

These are typical starting points, fixed at the audit. Services can be added mid-year at the contract rates, and the contract ends on 30 days' notice. Book disinfection of shared desks separately through sanitization in Noida, and cleaning through office cleaning in Noida.

Records you get

Per visit: a service report with photos, a chemical log carrying each product's CIB&RC number, and the station map. Noida floors with shifts also get a shift log at the facility desk: zone, time treated, product, and when the zone can be used again. All business records are listed on our industries page.

Noida office questions

Our office runs 24x7. When do you treat?
Zone by zone, at the quietest hours and shift changes, so the floor never has to close. The audit plan shows which zone is done when.
Can you get into our SEZ?
Yes, through your admin team. We send technician IDs and the product list ahead, in the format your park asks for.
Does Noida fine offices for mosquito larvae?
The process we found is a notice when larvae are found; we found no office fine amount. Our monsoon checks look for standing water inside your tenancy.
Raat ki shift chal rahi hai. Dawai ki smell se staff pareshan toh nahi hoga?
Pantry aur washroom mein hum zyada tar gel aur bait lagate hain, jo cracks ke andar jaata hai. Jis zone mein kaam hota hai use utni der band rakhte hain jitna technician product ke hisaab se batata hai.
Is a Sector 63 office treated differently from an Expressway floor?
Yes. Older industrial sectors need more work at ground level: drains, door gaps and rats from neighbouring units. Expressway floors need more work in ceilings and shifts.
Do you cover Greater Noida offices on the same contract?
Yes, with a separate report per site and one quarterly invoice.
