How booking for your parents works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your parents' address, the home size (1BHK, 2BHK and so on), what you'd like done, and their phone number. Tell us the language they're most comfortable in and the best time to call them.
- We send a fixed price in writing, including GST. You pay by UPI, bank transfer or card; your parents don't handle money or bills.
- We call your parents to agree a day and a 2-hour arrival window, and tell them what to keep ready. If they'd rather a neighbour or relative is there, we call that person too.
- Before the visit, your parents and you get the technician's name and photo. On a plan, the same technician returns for later visits where we can.
- After the job, the photo report reaches both numbers: before and after photos, the products used, how long to keep each treated room closed, and the warranty or next visit date. Something not right? For a cleaning job, send photos within 24 hours and we redo the missed area free. For pest control, give the treatment 2–4 weeks to work; if pests are still active after that, call or WhatsApp us and we revisit free under our Make-It-Right Promise.
Book before 12 pm and we can usually come the same day, 7 days a week, 8 am to 9 pm.
What we look at in an older home
Homes that families have lived in for decades have their own trouble spots. These are the ones our team checks most often in older flats, builder floors and kothis, and the service that deals with each.

One visit or the whole year?
If you visit your parents once or twice a year, a one-time job before you arrive is often enough. If you'd rather not think about it again, a 365 plan books every visit for twelve months in one payment, and the dates go to your parents and to you on day one.

In your parents' home: how our team behaves
- Uniformed, police-verified and trained, with an AHC photo ID card.
- Shoe covers on, and they ask before entering any room. The puja room is entered only with permission.
- They explain before they start: which rooms, how long, and when your parents can use each room again. Slowly, and again if needed.
- No selling at the door. Our team doesn't offer plans or extras during a visit. Your parents never pay at the door for anything you didn't approve; if the home turns out bigger than booked, we tell you the difference before any work starts.
- No utensils or food handled. We don't move utensils or food. If emptying kitchen cabinets is hard for your parents, arrange a helper for the evening before; on the call we'll say exactly which cabinets.
- Furniture: we move only what two people can shift safely, and put it back where it was.
Health and comfort during a treatment
Tell us when you book if either parent has asthma, a breathing condition or allergies, or is unwell. We plan the visit around gel inside cracks and hinges and targeted treatment rather than open spraying, and treat the rooms they use least first, so they can sit comfortably elsewhere. Herbal pest control uses plant-based products with less smell; it still needs the same care. Your parents don't need to leave home: some treatments need them to stay away from the treated area for a recommended time, and the technician tells them exactly how long for the treatment used.
If anyone feels unwell after a treatment, open the windows, see a doctor and tell us; we'll share the product label straight away.
What we don't do
We look after the home, not the person. Please don't book us expecting:
- Care or medical help: no nursing, attendants, medicines or health checks.
- Daily or part-time house help: our cleans are booked visits, not a daily maid.
- Errands, shopping or bill payments.
- Repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, seepage or painting. Cleaning isn't repair; we'll tell you if we spot something that needs a repairman.
- Monkey catching. We don't catch monkeys; your municipal body handles them.
If your parents need care at home, please use a registered home-care or nursing service.
Paying from another city or country
- One price, fixed before the visit, including GST, sent in writing.
- Pay by UPI, bank transfer or card from wherever you are; your parents can pay in cash if they prefer. Our team never asks for extra cash for any service.
- GST invoice with every payment, in your name or your parents' name, as you prefer.
- Reschedule or cancel free 12–24 hours before the slot, if your parents' plans change. Later than that, or if the team can't get in, a ₹299 visit charge may apply.
- Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, within 7 working days.
