Is the price fixed?
Yes. You get one fixed price for your home size before we start, including GST. Your final bill will never be more than the price we confirm before starting. Villas, kothis and a few specialist jobs get a fixed written quote after a free inspection.
Who will come to my home?
Our own salaried team, never gig workers. Every technician and cleaner is police-verified, trained and in uniform.
Are the treatments safe for children and pets?
We use government-approved (CIB&RC-registered) chemicals and odourless gel in kitchens, applied as per the label. Your technician tells you which rooms to avoid and for how long. A plant-based herbal option is available for homes with babies, elders or pets.
When do I pay?
Every service is paid before it starts: one-time jobs at booking or at the door before work begins. Plans are paid once a year.
How do the 365 plans work?
You pay once for the year. We fix all your visit dates on day 1 and send them on WhatsApp. If a covered pest comes back between visits, we come back free.
Can I pay monthly?
No. Plans are paid once a year by UPI, card or net banking; that's how we keep the price low. If you ever want to leave, our Fair Exit rule refunds what you paid minus the visits already done, at normal one-time prices.
Do I need to empty my kitchen cabinets?
Yes. Please remove utensils, food and clothes from the cabinets and wardrobes to be treated. Our team does not move them. Your technician tells you when it is fine to put them back.
